Our story
A Staffordshire care company built from lived experience.
The company was set up in summer 2013 and works from offices in Stafford and Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent. It supports people in their own homes and also supplies nurses and carers to nursing, care and residential homes.
Kay Gynane says she works in the business every day and started The Care Company after family experience with care at home, live-in care, nursing homes, and end-of-life care at home.
The management team works hard to keep complaints to a minimum, nip issues in the bud, and use customer and staff feedback surveys to learn what needs work.
